Plaintiffs: John Cole amended to Attorney General at the relation of Rector and Scholars of Exeter College.

Defendants: Sir William Geary, Henry Boulton, Sir John Frederick, Richard Howard, James Dallaway, Samuel Cooke, William Farley and George Walton.
