Cross v Pilfoot. Two bills, two answers.

Plaintiffs: Edward Cross and another.

Defendants: Francis Kennington and Francis Pilfoot.

Amended by an order dated 15 Apr 1841: Ann Kennington added as a defendant.

Amended by an order dated 30 Apr 1842: George Brooks otherwise George Brook added as a defendant.

Two answers also belong to W1843 C5.

Revived Trinity 1843.
