Amended by an order dated 28 November 1837: Anthony Mason and wife, William Henry Prince, George Thomas Prince, Ann Prince, Miriam Prince (amended to Richard Anthony Mason and wife) Mary Kinggett, Elizabeth White and James Goffe alias James Soffe and wife added as defendants.
