Defendants: John Farrell and wife, Thomas Carden, Richard Rodd, Frances Catherine Farrell, William Turton Ferreday, Henry Tull (abroad), Samuel Ellis Garrard, John Hunter, Catherine Jane Tull (abroad), Henry Lewis Tull (abroad), Joseph John Horton and wife, William Bowen Edge, John Horton, John Joseph Horton, Louisa Day, Martha Day (junior), Elizabeth Sarah Day, Matthew Ingle, Charles Randell and Jane Warrington.

Amended by an order dated 18 February 1837: Samuel Day Fereday, Elizabeth Ann Fereday and Joseph John Horton added as defendants.

Original bill Michaelmas 1831.
