Defendants: John Hanning, William Hanning, John Constantine Trent and Elizabeth Phipps.
Amended by order of 10 March 1804: Bryan Holme added as defendant. Elizabeth Phipps removed as a defendant.
Revived Easter 1809 plaintiffs name Branthwayte. Revived and Supplementary bill Hilary 1825 with Mr Turton (Collins division).
