- The archbishop shows that his predecessor and Wogan made a recognizance to Despenser, which came into the king's hand by Despenser's forfeiture. The treasurer and barons of the Dublin Exchequer are now demanding the sum from him against the law and he requests remedy.

Note (Additional information about the record)
- The petition seems to date to c. 1327 as it is clearly after the fall of the Despensers, and cannot be far into the new reign. The reason for Connolly's dating to 1319-21 seems erroneous ('Irish Ancient Petitions', p.15).
