- The petitioners state that the suburbs contribute to their farm, but at the coming of Bruce the suburbs were burnt down to save the city. The petitioners request that they be released from half of their farm for 10 years until the surburbs are rebuilt.

- It seems to the council that if it pleases the king that it should be ordered to the justices of Ireland that they enquire both of the suburb which was burnt and ought to contribute to the farm, and of the damages that they have suffered. The king is to be certified and what pleases the king will be done.Coram rege.
