- The petitioner states that he is bound to the king in a certain sum of money, which is demanded from him by summons of the Exchequer. Simon de Cockfield, Simon de Cockfield, knight, and the king are bound to him in a certain sum as appears by two bills. He requests that the treasurer and barons of the Exchequer be ordered that this be allowed to him to the amount that he is owed.
