- The nuns request that the king grant to them his charter of confirmation of the 40 marks of the rent in the town of Berwick that was made to them at their foundation. They request that he grant to them his letters to his ministers of Berwick that they be able to enjoy their lands, tenements and fisheries in the Tweed in his lordship of England and Scotland. They request that the king order that his ministers pay to them the money which the king granted to them for the redress of their church and their other houses, and £20 granted to them which they have not received since the battle, in as much as all their goods, corn and beasts were destroyed by reason of the battle.1)
