A request that certain farms, customs, subsidies and other sources of income, listed in the petition, be dedicated to the expenses of the King's household, in preference to any other grants or assignments to be made from these sums; with a list of provisos, naming people - the Queen, the Duke of York, the Duke of Buckingham, the Duchess of Somerset - who are not to be prejudiced by this.
