Thomas Payn complains that he has long been held in prison without being indicted or impeached. He requests that he might be summoned before the Duke and lords, to be dealt with at their discretion, and to answer to and receive judgement on any complaints made against him.

Let the record in the King's Bench be seen and examined before the King's Commissary and the lords of parliament, and let it be ordained on this matter according to their wise discretions and as seems best to them.
