Nature of request
The Priors and convents of Friars Preachers in London, Cambridge, and Oxford, and the Wardens and convents of Friars Minor in Cambridge, in Oxford state that various annuities granted to them by Henry V, contained in his letters patent, are made void by his death, and request that they might continue to receive the annuities at the king's pleasure, and that they might also receive the arrears from last Easter.

This petition is edited in Rot. Parl. vol. IV pp.195b-196a (no. 8) amongst petitions from the parliament of November 1 Henry VI (1422), and this would seem to be confirmed by the fact that they are asking for arrears only since last Easter.CPR 1422-9 p.13 is dated at Westminster, 10 December 1422.
