- The tenants show that they are suitors of the county of Cardigan where they at all times plead and are impleaded for all manner of pleas before the king's constables of Cardigan and nowhere else. Now the king's ministers and justices have forced them to plead at the county of Carmarthen out of their liberty and usages. They request remedy.1)

- Coram rege et magno consilio.2) Let it be ordered to the justices that they enquire of the thing, and certify the king in his Chancery.
