Description

Petition of George Cobham, Tomazo Chanata, and others, to Queen Elizabeth for the sole use of an engine to cleanse and carry away all shelves of sand, banks, etc out of all rivers, creeks, or havens; and for licence to export 3,000 tons of beer, free of duty
