Plaintiffs: Thomas Swymmer Champneys.
Defendants: Charlotte Margaret Champneys, Sir Thomas Champneys and wife, Thomas Butcher amended to John Butcher and wife, John Guitton, Peta Prattinton, Sir Edward Pryce Lloyd, John Henry Newbolt, Marmaduke Trattle.
Further defendants added by order of 5 May 1808: Paul Minchin, Henry Minchin, and Frederick John Pigou.
