Forwards report from the Medical Commission on the case of Annie Campbell, who was charged with the murder of her baby Avice Bertha Campbell. Explains that she was acquitted on the grounds of insanity and repeats an earlier request that she be sent to Broadmoor in England. Report includes interviews with her husband John Campbell and the Medical Superintendent of the Lunatic Asylum, Henry J Hinson as well as statements on her medical condition from Sergeant Major M Cutcham of the 46th Regiment and Henry Hinson.
