Conveyance of Grand Sable Estate: refers to Lieutenant Governor Rennie's earlier objection to the conveyance given to the purchasers of the estate by the Commissioners of the West India Encumbered Estates Court on the grounds that it infringed the rights of the Crown. Encloses letter from Augustus Frederick Gore, administrator of St Vincent, reporting his examination of the matter, his acceptance of the commissioners' statements, and steps taken to maintain Crown rights. Also enclosing correspondence between G H Hawtayne, acting colonial secretary and Messrs John and Henry Hazell.
