Description

Forwards letter from William Hepburn Rennie, lieutenant governor of St Vincent, 20 March 1874, reporting that the introduction of a measure for limiting the right of the Crown in respect to real property has been postponed in accordance with the secretary of state's circular despatch No. 2 of 12 January 1874.
