Letter written by Colonel Jean Kina to"Monsieur Kine, Secretaire D'etat" [?John Kine, under-secretary] in London. He asks for money for the needs of his wife, his son and himself, who are kept in prison despite the amnesty of Colonel Maitland and of the commander in chief. He thinks that French authorities might consider him a criminal, but the English authorities should not. Pages 38-39
