Letter written by Jean Kina, prisoner, to the Commander in Chief, Fort Royal. [copy of the letter written to Commander in Chief of Martinique and to the Minister]. He thinks the victory of Toussaint over Rigaut is a good opportunity to re-establish royalty in the colonies, by leaguing 'mulattoes' against 'negroes', which would rally 'mulattoes' with the British. Companies of 'mulattoes' and free 'negro' soldiers should be formed to serve the British government under Kina's authority and to conquer the islands. Pages 19-22.
