Certificate/memorial of Richard Perryn capitally convicted on the 'last' Oxford Circuit, but 'some favourable circumstances' appeared on/after their trial now recommended to mercy on the conditions set against their names:

1. Thomas Redditch, for burglary. 7 years hard labour.

2. Henry Joiner and James Bishop, for burglary. 7 years transportation.

3. Thomas Hammonds, for stealing oxen. 7 years transportation.

4. John Nott, for sheep stealing. 2 years imprisonment.
