'Map of the Gold Coast, Ashanti and Northern Territories [together now Ghana]': showing villages, towns, communications, rivers, and district, provincial and colonial boundaries. Reference table. Scale: 1 inch to 24 miles. [Compiled by] the War Office, 1911; printed at the Ordnance Survey Office, Southampton, 1912. Overprinting, coloured, amending the title to 'Recruitment map of the Gold Coast ...': overprinting showing 'promising' areas for military recruitment purposes; overprinted by the War Office, April 1924.
