To Ormonde from Villars: the cease-fire is waiting only on the arrival of the English troops [at Dunkirk]. The king wishes him to declare the cease-fire on July 18, and he invites Ormonde to do likewise. If Prince Eugene's army approaches Landrecies, Ormonde's army will be on Villars' route to it.
