Marlborough to Boyle: he encloses a copy of an intercepted letter [SP 87/5/42] sent to him by the elector of Hanover and purporting to be written by the secretary to Sir Philip Meadows. Prince Eugene wants the writer to be imprisoned. Marlborough has written to Sir Philip in Holland. The prince of Nassau Frise is in command of the siege of Mons. Dated at camp at Havre. ff. 85, 86
