Adam Cardonnel to Under Secretary George Tilson: condition of the poor Palatine protestants at Rotterdam. He will exchange the ratification of the Prussian treaty the following day. The French have refused to agree to the preliminary articles. The army will be assembled on June 12 near Ghent. He encloses King Augustus's ratification for the augmentation of Saxon troops. Dated at The Hague. ff. 294-297
