Marlborough [?to Boyle]: he regrets that parliament has been prorogued without taking measures for raising recruits. He encloses a letter from Robinson with a copy of one to him by M. Hermelin from the Swedish court and asks for the queen's instructions on it. His concern for English prisoners in France. Prince Eugene has offered to raise 4,000 imperial infantry to replace those intended for Catalonia, but requires levy money for it. Marlborough asks that this request be put to the queen. He encloses a letter from the elector palatine to the queen. Dated at The Hague. ff. 4-7
