North America. 'A Map of the Province of New York... compiled from actual Surveys, the latest Maps & other Informations. A.D. 1772.' Shows place names, disputed boundaries, counties, military grants, and lands granted under patent. In addition to New York the map shows (in outline) the remainder of Massachusetts and all or part of New Hampshire, Maine, Rhode Island, Connecticut and New Jersey. The map includes within New York the whole of Vermont and Massachusetts west of the Connecticut River. Reference table. Compass rose. By G Bancker.
