'Uganda Estate Survey Sketch to show work done up to 31st March 1905'. Outline map of Uganda, showing triangulation lines and stations; area over which points have been fixed for secondary triangulation by plane table; areas surveyed at half an inch to a mile and at four inches to a mile; Lake Victoria, principal towns, boundary of the kingdom of Uganda. A note reads, 'Lines of Latitude and Longitude are only approximate.' Produced at the War Office, October 1905. Originally bound with print of report (dated at Entebbe, 19 July 1905) for the year ended 31 March 1905 by R C Allen, Chief Surveyor, Land Officer and Principal Registrar of Documents, in Colonial Office Confidential Print African no 777.
