Description

Canada: 'Minutes for Mr Spring-Rice's consideration, on the despatches to be written to Lord Aylmer on the Report of the late Canada Committee'. The minutes were by James Stephen, permanent counsel to the Colonial Office; Mr Spring-Rice was Chancellor of the Exchequer. (47 pages)
