'Plan of the Canals between Mardick and Furnes w t y e Harbour & Road of Dunkirk'. Scale: 4.9 inches to 4 miles; scale also in toises. Title and scale in rectangle at lower left corner. Reference table to works at Dunkirk being demolished or rebuilt. Compass star. Signed by J P Desmaretz, Dunkirk, 14 June 1763, and enclosed in letter of that date to the Earl of Egremont.
