Inventor's name: William Holmes of London, gentleman Nature of invention: A pole mast vessel for the better and more expeditious and easy catching, preserving and stowing of all sorts of fish with fewer hands, etc. Papers annexed: Petitioner's affidavit. Attorney-General's reportr dated Apr 7.
