Plaintiffs: Martha Jane Litte and Sarah Letita Little infants by John Walker (deleted) their next friend.

Defendants: William Newburn, John Eglinton and James Little.

Amendments: Amended by order to carry on 1878. Plaintiffs: Martha Jane Gray the wife of Frederic John Gray by Frank Patchett her next friend and Sarah Letita Little spinster. Frederic John Gray added as defendant.
