Lowe to Quarles. Contents of letter of 28 October. Has received 180 cloths from the ships already, all in good condition apart from some slight weather damage. They seem very good quality but are not really the colours he wanted. Fears because of this they will not sell as well as he had hoped, though expects to sell them all eventually. Most staple commodities risen in price, also fustians, velvet, Spanish silks. Details of bills of exchange etc. Dated at Stade [near Hamburg].
