Plaintiff appeared in person before the Council in the Marches, and Richard Vaughan for defendants (named). Plaintiff did not wish to bring more witnesses. Council will issue letter to commissioners about costs of defendants, to be returned by 24 July, and require sheriff to bring in 'the other defendants' on this date on pain of £100 fine.
