Description

From the Abbé de Beliard at ?Charelois to Kerguelen at Saumur: the Marquis de Castries [minister of marine] has just returned the two letters the abbé communicated to him at Kerguelen's request. The marquis is not ready to receive Kerguelen, but asks himto communicate his proposals through the abbé. Cover franked AMBOISE
