Memorial of Commissioners for French Prizes Taken Before the Declaration of War, that they have been unable to persuade George Paplay, sole surviving agent of Admiral Cotes, to forward the accounts and proceeds from the sale of prizes taken by the latter's squadron. Cotes has now taken the matter into his own hands and the Commissioners ask that he should be instructed to hand over his accounts and the balance due.
