Description

Report of the Commissioners of Revenue in Ireland on a memorial of Nicholas Archdale, who requests the reinstatement of the post of Surveyor General for the port and district of Dublin; to which post he asks to be appointed. Also advises the building of a new Customs House on the River Liffey to curb the smuggling trade.
