Robert Bothe, clerk, Gervase Clifton, Esq., and Robert Forster (executors of Lawrence Bothe, archbishop of York), Thomas Bryan, knight, chief justice of the Bench, Guy Fairfax, knight, Thomas Portyngton, clerk, Richard Pygot, serjeant-at-law, and Robert Marler to grant rent in Battersea, Wandsworth, Wassyngham, and Penge to one of two chantries founded by the said archbishop in the collegiate church of St. Mary, Southwell, and the messuages and lands on which the rent is charged to the dean and chapter of St. Peter's, York.
