Thomas Deschalers to settle the manor of Whaddon on himself and Amice his wife for life, with remainder to Thomas his son and the heirs of his body, remainder to John also his son and the heirs of his body, remainder to his own right heirs, retaining another manor in Whaddon, and the manor of Orwell. Camb. The same to settle the reversion of the manor of Reed, now held for life by John Deschalers, in the same way. Hertfordshire. The same to grant the manor of Wyddial at a yearly rent of 40 marks to Thomas his son, Katharine wife of the said Thomas, and the heirs of their bodies, remainder to the said Katharine, if surviving, and the heirs of her body, remainder to John, son of the grantor, and the heirs of his body, remainder to the grantor and his heirs.
