Plaintiffs: Rauf Pexsall and Jane, his wife, executrix and late the wife of William Fulford, esquire.
Defendants: Thomas Denys, knight, Henry Beamount, esquire, Edmund Larder, and Philip Fulford, feoffees to uses.
Subject: Refusal to convey in accordance with the will of the said William the manors of Fulford and Godford, and lands worth £20 yearly, parcel of those manors, and the manors of Melhuish, Eggbeare, Lampford, Belston, Meldon, Durnford, Cokkiswall, Ashbury, Parkham, and Mershebaudyn, and tenements there and in South Tawton, Hatherleigh, Northwood, Bovey, Okehampton, Inwardleigh, Milton, and Alscombe.
