Plaintiffs: John Fytz, gentleman, son of Walter, uncle of Jane Fytz.
Defendants: Piers, son and executor of Piers Beyvyll.
Subject: Waste done on the manor of Warbourn and Pilley [in Boldre], and on land in Stifford, St Margaret's, Southwark, Perystrete, Northfleet, East Greenwich,and Tamerton, while complainant was ward of the said Piers the elder.
