Plaintiffs: Philip Frank, John Bryztyene, Bartholomew Systerne, Richard Lecchour, and John Brekrop, of Lynne.

Defendants: William Crosse, Bartholomew Petypace, and others.

Subject: Detention of bonds, intended as sureties to abide by arbitration, and handed to Crosse for deposit with the mayor of Lynne. Norfolk, Norway
