Description

Short title: Glyn v Ardern.

Plaintiffs: Richard Glyn and Richard Fetiplace, heirs of Katherine, late the wife of Robert Bertyn, draper of London.

Defendants: Piers Ardern, Richard Waller, Thomas Palmer, and other feoffees of the said Robert and Katherine.

Subject: Manor of Eaton (Eyton) beside Eastwell, and messuages and land in Scalford (Scaldeford), Eastwell (Estwell), Eaton and Kirby Belars (Kirkeby Bellars): (indorsed with judgment 34 Hen VI): Leicestershire.
