Description

Short title: Mercer v Hychecok.

Plaintiffs: Alice, Joan, Elize, Agnes, and Isabel, daughters of William Mercer.

Defendants: Henry Hychecok, James atte Forthe, and other feoffees of Walter Castelman, late of Hawkhurst.

Subject: Lands, etc in Hawkhurst and Cranbrook upon the downs of Elynden, Okle, and Bertylthe, bought by the said William of the said Walter. Kent.
