Folio 65: Shelburne to Walpole. In view of Choiseul saying he would do anything to preserve peace, Walpole is to demand the demolition of the jetties at Dunkirk and the sluice of Bergues as proof. It is not true that France has done everything demanded by the Treaty of Utrecht. The sluice of Kesleloot cannot be allowed to be repaired. He is not to discuss the Manila ransom. [Compare f.9].
