There are variously signed by Maillant de Messe, governor or intendant of Cayenne and Guiana, who succeeded Demacay, by De la Croix, pay commissioner of the marine, by Baudouin, acting for the commissioner of the marine, by Melliz, acting for Maillant de Messe, by Boulay, acting for the commissioner of the marine, by Baron, chief engineer and by Greville [unidentified].
Date and place: 1765, 1766 various dates Cayenne.
