Folio 41: Rochford to Shelburne. The duke of York arrived at Soissons, as the earl of Ulster. The king wishes to see him and show him every attention, but he will be received as the earl of Ulster, to preserve his incognito. He has been given the grandes entrées at court and will dine in private with the king.
