Folio 79: Mildmay to [? Newcastle]. Has presented claims for the subsistance of French prisoners at Hull, Dover and Portsmouth, distinguished by regiments. Needs more information about those at Plymouth. In a postscript he regrets having failed to buy the book Lucien, translated by Brettin.
