Folio 152: Shrewsbury to Dartmouth. He and Prior received Dartmouth's letters about Samuel Webber and Samuel Graydon. Will try to trace Pierce who assumes character of Bishop of Waterford. Graydon produced pass from Duke of Argyll, claiming to have joined English fleet in Spain and to have been left wounded by Portuguese one night at Lisbon. Later joined another English vessel and landed at St. Martin île de Ré. Finally arrived at Paris. Shrewsbury gave him passport and money to reach England. Encloses copy of his petition [missing].
