The series also includes several files with the prefix EQ originally opened by the Ministry of Technology.

Files in the series are prefixed EP, 1EP and 2EP indiscriminately so that it is possible to have 3 parts of the same file with 3 different prefixes. The files are numbered both numerically and alphabetically. The numerical system being used until 1966 and the alphabetical from 1966 to 1969. Some of the files that were originally registered numerically were later re-registered alphabetically.
